If there was a ZERO or MINUS rating, I would have rather used it.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR DEBT REVIEW. My experience with LA Debt has been extremely disappointing. I was provided with information that was incorrect and was pressured to sign documents without being given sufficient time to properly read through and understand the details. I was also given promises that were not fulfilled, and the schedules provided contained incorrect information and massive discrepancies in the outstanding balances compared to what was actually owed according to the information available to me. Communication has been another major issue. I have repeatedly requested answers and confirmation regarding my cancellation, but my enquiries have been ignored. I am now also being required to pay a R1,500 cancellation fee, which I do not believe is in line with the circumstances surrounding the cancellation. I have repeatedly asked LA Debt to confirm that the cancellation has been processed, but I am still not receiving a clear response. I want to make it clear that I will not retract my statements or review, as I have documentation and supporting evidence relating to the issues I have raised. Based on my personal experience, I do not consider LA Debt to be transparent, reliable or trustworthy, and I would strongly advise anyone considering debt review to thoroughly investigate the company and its terms before signing anything. My experience has left me with serious concerns about the accuracy of the information provided, the handling of the cancellation, the communication, and the fees being charged.

Follow up Letter
Hi hallopeter last week i receive a messege from you saying the company which i posted on hallpeter has launch a complain about my comment in this page saying that i have provided a wrong information about them. and they still deducting the money and they dont pay where they were supposed to pay. and now in many problems. can someone help me i have already lost R30.000

This company is cruel they deduct money from my account even if i did not sign any document with them. i have try to contact them but they dont respond to my calls i have also write emails to them they dont respond please people be aware

I am a loyal client of LA Debt, but I cannot say the same about them. It's been almost 7 months since I app**** and pay for a relive. Till date I have not received any distributions or any feedback with regards to my case. I am harassed by my creditors for "ongoing unpaid" debt. This means nothing was done for me. I am trying to get in contact with LA Debt but they just don't answer their phone or their business whatss app number. I have lodged a complaint at the NCCR for no service rendered and demanding a refund of all monies paid to them. I also cannot stop the debit order as there is no feedback. My bank cannot stop the Debit order. Where are my rights in this? You were supposed to protect me and not damage me further!
