My experience with LA Debt has been extremely disappointing. I was provided with information that was incorrect and was pressured to sign documents without being given sufficient time to properly read through and understand the details.

I was also given promises that were not fulfilled, and the schedules provided contained incorrect information and massive discrepancies in the outstanding balances compared to what was actually owed according to the information available to me.

Communication has been another major issue. I have repeatedly requested answers and confirmation regarding my cancellation, but my enquiries have been ignored. I am now also being required to pay a R1,500 cancellation fee, which I do not believe is in line with the circumstances surrounding the cancellation.

I have repeatedly asked LA Debt to confirm that the cancellation has been processed, but I am still not receiving a clear response.

I want to make it clear that I will not retract my statements or review, as I have documentation and supporting evidence relating to the issues I have raised.

Based on my personal experience, I do not consider LA Debt to be transparent, reliable or trustworthy, and I would strongly advise anyone considering debt review to thoroughly investigate the company and its terms before signing anything.

My experience has left me with serious concerns about the accuracy of the information provided, the handling of the cancellation, the communication, and the fees being charged.
