Very Disappointing - False Advertising

<p>The only thing this hotel has is the location and beautiful view. Other than that we were most disappointed. Our room is not at all what I booked online. When I questioned the hotel they said I must take it up with booking.com which we did, only for them to tell us it is the pictures the hotel sent them. The pictures are of the renovations that are to come one day and not of the actual room. We booked a studio which had pictures of a lounge area and kitchen. The room we got had no lounge and consisted of a bed in a kitchen. It would have been perfect for 1 person but definitely not for 2 people. The bed is also advertised as a queen or king. The bed in our room was only a double bed. We found the receptionist very unfriendly and not accommodating at all. Our balcony door did not lock properly and the curtains had blood stains on them. Let's not talk about the mold on the roof. When we arrived our tea and coffee had not been replaced in the room and remained that way our entire stay as well as the complimentary soap in the room. The playlist at the pool consisted of 10 songs which were played all day, every day. The hinges in the cupboard were also broken making it a mission every time you want to use it. </p>
