Bad meal on my birthday
# Order 95 dated 27 Aug @ 16:41 Red flag should have been the burnt oil smell that we couldn't ignore, questioned the staff about it was told that the extractor fan was not on. Got home, the spicy rice looked off and the feta cheese in the Greek Salad was soggy looking like potato salad in excessive mayonnaise . Called the branch same evening, Paul advised that someone would call back. To date, 4 days later no feedback received and the rice and salad are still in my fridge. All these spoiled my birthday evening/ plans.

Great vibe and food, terrible service.
We were invited to go and enjoy live music at their pool deck. The setting was great, the muso was entertaining and the sound quality was top notch. The pizza I ordered was delicious and fairly priced too. However, I felt at at R53 the SAB draft beers were a tad expensive. Also, the service was terrible. We rarely saw our waitress (or any of the other waiting staff) and eventually had to resort to going to the bar ourselves for drinks. The Maitre'D was also conspicuous by his/her absence. Even though not deserved, we each tipped generously on our table of sixteen. Shockingly, none of us were thanked or acknowledged for the tips - how rude. Train your staff in basic courtesy please if you expect us to return.

DOUBLE BOOKING, REFUSE PAID MEMBERS AND TURN AWAY GUESTS
WARNING TO ALL FIRST RESORT MEMBERS Don't ever book at LA MONTAGNE BALLITO, FIRST RESORT MANAGEMENT. They double book and then you have no room to stay. It happened to several guests. Registered owners of a Unit in LA MONTAGNE got refused to have access to their own property. Management rented out and double booked without consent or knowledge. Refuse paid members and turn guests away due to their negligence. GM MISS SHIVANI PATHER MISMANAGE THE RESORT AND AS THE MAIN CULPRIT OF THIS MANAGEMENT AT LA MONTAGNE
