Shocking service

I am a timeshare owner at La Montagne. I absolutely love my unit and after they renovated the place is stunning. Only problem is I am never able to book and use my timeshare every time I try it’s fully booked. I was told to book early in January and I tried last year and this year in January and I still can’t book. The levies at La Montagne are extremely high and yet the after sales service is terrible and there is never anything available for me to book. My Mom has a week too and she can also never get a booking. I am disappointed they have no shame taking my money but won’t or can’t help me with a booking. We can’t sell either because the levies are so high people are buying weeks in other resorts because their levies are half the price. I am not happy at all and I’ve emailed staff and management and no one gets back to me or helps me.
