Poor and lack of customer service

La Montagne used to be one of our favorite places to go, even though it makes sense to now pay for entry to the hotel which is R120pp of which you get an R80 voucher to spend at La Montagne that very same day, we found it very difficult to use our vouchers. The service to start off with was absolutely terrible, no waiters to be seen, in fact we had to walk to the bar to place our drinks order, about 30min later we saw one waiter servicing one particular table only and managed to grab her attention, we proceeded to place a second round of drinks and a plate of calamari to share (needless to say the calamari never arrived) we had to yet again go ask where our order was only to be told we haven't been waiting for that long.

We will never return there again as their customer service has just simply gone out the window.
