La Montagne - Ballito

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The room we were given was filthy, with unkempt bedding, stained lampshades, and, most shockingly, a bathroom that hadn't been cleaned and had a used toilet. When we complained, the deputy GM was unhelpful and wouldn't let us speak to the GM.

We requested a refund due to the unacceptable conditions, but were told to leave immediately and that the refund would take 10 days. This left us scrambling for alternative accommodations, adding extra costs to our trip. The receptionists were especially unresponsive and the photos online were misleading. Overall, the service was appalling and I would strongly advise against staying here.
