If you want to die of covid,go there it's dirty

Absolutely appalled,these people have no idea what clean is they are dirty. Dustbins not taken out,the fridge was just off and dirty. We waited 3 hours for them at a dirty reception can to clean our apartment and still it was dirty. There's no urgency,the place is not clean and it's sad because it's covid times and they don't care.
