Family holiday trip experience:

1. Outdated hotel; 2. Lack of adherence to Covid regulation as you have to book for cleaning of the room. For a hotel cleanliness is important especially in these times. there was fungus in the bathrooms including mold, dirty shower curtains. We had kids with us; 3. Poor Service; 4. Lack of follow up when promised to do so.
