DISSAPPOINTED IN THIS (once BEAUTIUL) resort- Poor managemnet

LA MONTAGNE BALLITO!!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone! In 2016 we were there while they were renovating, we were not warned prior to booking! Was noisy and disturbing from 07:00 to 17:00! Yet again, we booked for October 2019, I cancelled 2 months prior to arrival and still they won't refund me! And last month only I was informed that they have been downgraded from a 4* to a 3*( Still I paid for a 4*). And not even to mention the bad food from the restaurant inside)
