DISGUSTING / THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING HERE!!

First Group the managing agent for La Montagne do NOT communicate with their guests. I have coped ********** ********** ********** ********** ********** and no one has responded after numerous follow up 2 weeks after check out. There were constant renovation’s right next to unit 305! Even over weekends. It was the most unpleasant experience yet! People staying here before us has also complained but not La Montage or First Group does not respond. The microwave does not work, the TV does not work, the telephone in the room does not work, and the access key to the gate does not work. Surely if you want to promote renovations you will allocate a newly renovated apartment and NOT a dirty, dated apartment! You are overpriced La Montagne / First Group!!! You are *****ing the public for what they are getting!! If anyone books at La Montagne I urge you to spend your money elsewhere as you will be VERY disappointed (even in the newly renovated apartments, its disgusting) and you will not get any response should you complain. I have read reviews where renovations has been happening since 2014!! 4 years later and people are still unhappy!! This place should be shut down purely because of its poorly managed staff and unliveable environment! When we asked to be moved because of the noise the reception staff LAUGHED!! Not sure why?? I wonder if the staff at La Montagne would spend their hard earned money to stay at a dump like this!!! The GM of La Montagne wanted to move us on the last night of 6 night stay. He should be replaced with someone more competent!
