24 hours of hell

24 hours of hell.....! The room was dirty. Lift not working stuck on 3rd floor with 2 babies nightmare. Acsess gate to pool broken, our 1 year old neatly fell 3 flights. They came to "fixit" it was still broken when we left. Terrible water leaks. Not suitable for people with small children. Stayed for 1 day and they refused to rend us.
