Savings v extend why is it different

Good morning i have medical aid with LA health discovery. I have savings and i have extended. So last night i take my wife into glynnwood hospital only to find out that my extended means jask **** and if i dont have savings i must pay in a R1000 to see a doctor. So my question is to yoy discovery my contribution of R95k, a year you get ever year from me once i have no savings i am limited to what and where i go and what i use my extent on i ASK YOU WHY!? My contravention dont chage in any way so why should my savings and extend be any different, and why cant any of the health services see that i have extended!! POOR POOR DISGUSTING!
