Poor service

Disgusted with the service. Sent my claim on the 7th May, still no feedback whether they will pay or not. Tried calling the customer service number 4 times without getting to speak to a consultant. These guys need to shape up or they will loose our business to their competitors. Their 2-3 days turn around time is a lie. Please stop selling us dreams. We want value for our money.
