Poor disgusting service

Good day, I’m writing this review with lots of frustrations. I went to AL health in Doris End Road Johannesburg, to add my daughter on my medical aid Karabo Ngwingoane. I spoke to a guys by the name of Zukhanye Moso who he promised me to add her and said she will be covered from 1 of August 2026. My daughter was sick and still sick last weekend I went to Dr where they confirmed my daughter is not covered under Mr Lucia Phuti Moichela who’s the primary member of the aid. He then confronted the guys above who was soo unprofessional and couldn’t even give me clear indication of why my daughter is not on the aid.

Please not this medical is not for free as my husband is paying for it. We anticipate full service as paying clients. Kindly assist with solving the issue as my daughter’s life is at risk. Your response will be appreciated urgently call me on *** Thanks cal
