LA Health a flop

I'm trying to add a dependant on my medical aid, it has been close to 3 weeks calling to find out the progress of my application and every time I call am told send something they never call me to I should send some documents. And now am told they're waiting for the offer from the underwriter and that I'll be called never happens!!! And it seems like no one knows what's going on there
