I want my money back

I have been a member for years and had my child as a dependent, the child turned 21 and no one from LA health even called me to tell me that the amount would now increase so drastically or even to get my consent if I would still keep the child on the medical aid because of the excessive price, then i sent my removal of the dependant on the 23rd February 2022 however in March 2022 and in April 2022 the same amount for this dependant was taken. I want my refund, LA Health can not just ***** hard earned monies from people.
