Hellopeteter where can i get help with this query, i have funds on my medical aid and i am paying cash in other hand.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received from the LA Health regarding the query which is unresolved.i went to the doctor (Dermatologist) on the 30.September.2024 and i paid the doctor in cash knowing that i have funds on my medical aid as the doctor said they don't except medical aid because medical aid takes time to pay and some will talk of Rates. Then that wasn't an issue i paid in Cash and claim to my medical aid because i have funds, till to date they're taking me pillar to post. What is the propose of contributing in full and in other hand your not entitle to utilize your funds when there's situation that needs medical aid..i am now financial constrain because LA Health doesn't want to pay me from my funds..i wish this matter can be escalated to Ombudsman, i feel oppressed now.
