Had enough

I have a long history of bad experiences with this medical aid. They're not as good as people think. Do not buy into the Discovery brand they will certainly leave you disappointed like the ANC. Recently they decided to put limits on our over the counter medications forcing me to have to consult and get a prescription before I can collect my anti acid medicine at the pharmacy. But what they don't realise is that we now have to pay a GP before we can collect the same medicine they put limits on. So now my funds for the year have run out half way through the year. Come window period I will send them an email with lots of swear words, detailing all my bad experiences and then try Bonitas. Ps my wife hates them too since we had to pay out of pocket for our child's birth. What a total ****.
