Someone said LA Health is now a ****, I didn't understand until this happened to me My Daughter who is my dependant and not working gave birth at Arwyp Hospital on July 2021 and the Baby had to be taken to ICU for some days to be monitored. After some weeks I was told to register the Baby on medical aid, I filled the forms and days later was told that my application has been declined cause my daughter is over age😠but still my Daughter whom I'm contributing for, asked them why were we not informed that whenever a dependant reaches certain age rules changes, where is that rule? And even my Daughter was registering for maternity benefits why was She not told, on their booklet they clearly say whenever you request for authorization number YOU WILL BE INFORMED OF WHAT WILL BE COVERED OR NOT COVERED, but nothing was said till I wanted to register the Baby so that they could pay for the Baby's claim, spoke to one of their consultants who said the Baby will be covered, but till now no payment, their rules changes from one consultant to another, I need to see those rules. I see that they're not responding to customers cause they're are **********, AND THEY ARE BOUND TO CRASH ANYTIME AS PEOPLE ARE LIVING THEM.VERY SOON THEY'LL BE IN THE PAST, THEY HIDING THEMSELVES UNDER DISCOVERY, IT'S TIME DISCOVERY CLEARS IF LA HEALTH BELONGS TO THEM OR WHAT? AS THEY'RE RECRUITING PEOPLE UNDER FALSE PRETENSE
