Any Excuse To Not Pay Our Claims APPAULED

6 days ago I submitted a claim ref ***. Still the payout has not been made. I'm so appauled with LA Heath. I need to know where I can voice my disappointments. . Then a consultant called Nosy tells me that they can't see the practice number on the invoice, what nonsense, the practice number is on the Drs stamp and on the letter head footer of the invoice at the bottom.

I've already used the same invoice format for about 3 other claims and it seems these medical aids will come up with any excuse to not pay you even if you have enough medical aid savings.
