Lost Client

Absolutely shocked with the service received, after placing an order with them months ago and then unfortunately not being able to collect it until the 07/11/2019. I called them first to ensure I could come and make payment and collect the materials ordered BUT as I got there the door was literally closed in my face and as I tried to get the staff's attention they kept turning their backs to me and carried on eating. I understand staff have tea times and lunch times HOWEVER it should be done is shifts as everyone refused to assist me so I left and will refuse to do business with them again.
