Poor and inconsiderate workmanship
The boards ordered 27/11/2025, invoice INV116826 ,some of them were not as per cutting list and some were scratched and chipped and some were not even on the batch and we had to cut it ourselves with the extra boards provided. The dispatch team had no urgency and we had to pay the delivery van extra due to about 3 hours delay from dispatch when we had actually advised in advance that, we will be travelling far to deliver. Some of the edging had to be done when we were there as it was not done as per request and extra payment done for the special edging. When my son was telling Raymis( the sales representative) of his concerns, he asked him what must he do. The arrogancy of the young man, is on another level. He did not care that I was there with my son and I paid for the boards. If the work was done with care, KZN boards edging is top notch compared to another supp**** who have pathetic edging in our home town Bizana. Can KZN boards, respect all clients equally iro. regardless of race and creed, cause I have seen good old review from other races except from black people's reviews. I hate racializing things but it looks like we are not treated in the same manner.
