Taking money with no authorisation

We were enquiring about the services for the website design from David of Sureweb.<br> <br> There was no contract allowing Sureweb (Kwikwap) to take a debit order on our company account.<br> They started a debit order on the company account as from October 2014 with no authorisation from the members of the company . This to me seams to be ***** , that a company can just start a debit order on your account without the account holders knowledge and permission.<br> This was being done with no service offered to us and no signed contract .<br> Once we started enquiring about the situation with David, he just told us that the authorities at Kwikwap will not reverse the funds which had been taken without permission and with no service which we required.<br> <br> I wonder how many times has this been done to companies.<br> <br> Regards<br> Deon
