They somehow create **** direct debit contracts and take money from my bank account without my permission. When I contact them they pass me around and promise to get someone to contact me but then nothing happens. I since went to the bank to try and stop them and had to pay the bank to stop the payments. About a week later they again took money from my account anyway.
