DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

<p>Required an ecommerce store designer, they sent me an inexperienced consultant whome after explaining and defining exactly what I was aiming for could not deliver. Part of the contract was 1 hour training on how to use the sight. This was never done either.</p> <p>After calling head office, speaking to the senior manager, he took a look at the webdesign and agreed it was terrible and referred me to someone else in Kwikwap. This someone else told me he was actually doing me a favour and handed the job to an assistant. After sending everything through to the assistant, several phone calls and emails later, was told that because they were doing me such a big favour, I would have to insert all my items in with pricing etc. Remember- no training was given to me.</p> <p>I spent days stuggling, trying to figure out how to do this, Very difficult and Why would I pay a company in the first place if I knew how to do it myself??!!</p> <p>Also several times, I asked them please to fix the front page as I was not happy with the look. The reply was I need to pay and additional R750 for them to help.</p> <p>So, I had paid the initial design fee plus they wee debiting my account for a non functional web page.</p> <p>Finally I decided this was getting me nowhere. I insisted they cancel the contract. They did so as of course they could not deliver. </p> <p>However, they are still debiting my account for all different amounts. I literally have to check my statements daily to reverse these.</p> <p>They never refunded me for unfinished work or the monthly maintenance fee.</p> <p>DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY> You will be drawn in to a nightmare from hell.</p> <p>This entire process started at the beginning of December 2016. I was promised an up and running ecommerce store by end December. </p> <p>It is now April 2016- they are still debiting my account *******ly. </p> <p> </p> <p>***********. Useless.
