Service Industry - but NO HELP from [URL Removed]

On 31st August I wanted to change the domain of a client from his current hosting with Kwikweb, Kwikwap, to my hosting, as per the clients request.<br> They have not helped me at all, first offered me to carry on hosting with them, which neither I nor my client are interested in. He was with them for 7 years, and had little success at them updating his website when requested, but paying a premium monthly fee.<br> They are the registrar administrators of the domain, I finally found out.<br> To date they have not helped me one bit, in spite of regular emails to them, some of which are ignored. No point in phoning the consultant, your number is ignored, as are messages.<br> BAD bad service, BAD bad attitude, BAD BAD business, and ZERO etiquette.<br> Do not get hooked into doing business with them - they take your money and do not help once they have you locked into a contract. Then demand 30 days notice (I have no problem with that) and DELETE you website immediately, before the 30 days are over (I have a problem with that). After 7 years? Disgusting.
