Water Issues

Although I know this complaint will never make a difference to the pathetic service delivery in our country, I feel the need to vent. As of 02/10/15 at around 16:00 my neighbourhood has no water. Upon numerous calls I keep on getting told that water should be sorted out soon due to the reservoir being low. On my last call made at 16:27, I was told by Nhlanhla that water should be in by tonight. I understand water is an issue countrywide but there has not been a tanker sent out either. Even if the reservoir is low, is there nobody monitoring water levels??? One of the biggest concerns in our country is service delivery and right now, it seems like nobody gives a ****.
