KDM CONTROL and KDM TECHNICAL & INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES PATHETIC
I reported a street light which had been knocked over by KDM Infrastructure Services (tree-cutting) to the KDM Control office via WhatsApp on 18 March 2026. Then again on 13 May, 15 June, 25 July, 31 July, 1 Aug, 25 Aug, 26 Aug, 27 Aug, 28 Aug and today 1 Sep 2026. All I received from them in writing was two case reference numbers R160341 and R***6 and a promise on 26 Aug that the matter would be attended to the next day.....of course nothing happened ! The incompetence and disdain for Ratepayers who pay their salaries is unbelievable ! Overall pathetic service.... a 1-star rating is an over-estimation !
