Very very poor service

Very poor service delivery by the KwaDukuza municipality and the electrical department. I had no power in the morning and it was only my house in the area that had no power and I tried calling the call center in the morning a few times and no one had answered I had to go to the municipality to log a complain about me having no electricity. It came to the afternoon and I still had no electricity I tried calling the call center again a few times and still no one answered, I got a hold of the director number and called him and complained only than the call center contacted me and told me no one has addressed my query that I logged in the morning and they told me that my query mite be attended to the next day. What kind of service delivery is that. That no one bothered to look at my query logged and tell me that only the following day they mite attend to me . Where are all your works . The KwaDukuza municipality is good for nothing and to eat our rate payers money
