NO ONE COMPETENT ENOUGH TO HELP IN STANGER MUNICIPALITY

I unfortunately have to select a rating as 1 otherwise it would clearly be a 0..This department is the most useless government entity in the country by far. Stanger houses an low to middle class income community and its an absolute shame as to what they go through with regards to incorrect and ******** billing by the municipality who has employees with zero customer ethics and tolerance. Several households currently are faced with water problems, for half of the month they do not have water but at the end of the month the bills they are receiving is clearly daylight *******ion by a government run municipality with counselors and Mayors that are just there to look pretty while poor people are being taken for a ride. Who can help as there is clearly no one competent enough in KZN that people can complain too. Water meters are being billed on air (proof of this is available) but there is no one who will listen or help....Is this why the people of Stanger ????
