Just don't give a damn

Last week a technician came out to my house as the power I purchased for a R1000.00 would not register. I did mention that we have been having this problem quite often. The technician suggested the box be changed as it is old and he will do it the next day and leave forms for us to register the new box. After 3 call during the week and sms and calling the municipality once again yesterday. the assistant said she will send the technician out. Guess what it's been a week already and still no one came out and kept to their word. As a rate payer I do not pay for incompetence, LIES AND POOR SERVICE so can I have someone from KDM sort this out.
