Horrible Customer Service

I have a query on my account, I have been trying to get through to a guy by the name of Krishen Kemi since the beginning of December but he has not been responding to any of emails and has not been returning any of my calls either. I have been calling KwaDukuza offices everyday but there has been no answer.
