Billing incorrect

After we regsitered our property account with Kwadukuza Municiplaity - we had all of the documentation ready for registration and went to the offices ourselves - we were told that the account had been moved over on to our names. We then noted that the account was never opened properly and still appeared under the previous owners details. We also never received the accounts. After numerous requests to have this rectified, the issue resulted in interest being added to our account for non payment and our power being switched off. We have requested that the interest as well as the exorbitant reconnection fee be reversed as the error on the account was not from our side. Nobody has responded to our request and interest just keeps on being added to our account.
