Poor service

They handled my pothole claim, with so much details...at last we reached an amount. Then i asked where is my money? No i must follow up with municipality???? Its a month already and Nomaxhosa Mjoli is not even answering my emails, pathetic! Do the claim, then you are in your own...there switchboard is not even working to phone management...another disaster beee
