Kulaville taking money without subscrition

My new Cell C data account is supposed to be R99 per month. I haven not used my data account for the past 3 months and my bill is over R300. I phoned Cell C to ask about this.... long story short at the end I found out it was a company called Kulaville that has been deducting R6 or so A DAY from me since 2013. I have never subscribed to any services as such - were did they get permission to deduct money from me? I would like to be refunded if no proof of subscription could be provided and would also have proof that I have been unsubscribde from their mailing list
