Poor communication and service

I had a poor experience with Kudoshopper. The item I bought was meant to arrive 2 weeks ago and still hasn't. I have made numerous attempts to contact them but have had a lack of communication as to why it has not arrived. I have also requested a refund but they are not answering and I am still waiting on my money. I would not recommend them due to their poor service, lack of communication and failure to refund or deliver what I should have received.
