not delivering goods

Kudo shopper wont deliver when they promised or wont deliver at all. They also dont respond to emails, phone calls or Whatsapp messages. I tried to visit their registered office at AMR office park. Its a regus office and there was no one from Kudoshopper in the office. Regus said they have a virtual office
