Give service to those who care

About 2 weeks ago i visited KTM Roodepoort (Rooftop) and i walked in to enquire a KTM 890 Duke. The sales people there was not interested in assisting me with my shorts and sandals. Perhaps they judged me as not a good buyer on the way i look. But eventually after trying one gentleman in the shop assisted me. Just so i can look at the motorcycle, not offering anything but a here it is. Few days later i decided let me test drive this motorcycle, so i contacted several branches, Again Roodepoort then Midrand KTM and another branch then Centurion as i stay in Krugersdorp. To my shock several people said they will call me back, no one called me back to this day, Only KTM Centurion welcomed me with open arms. On my arrival i got spoiled with great cuppachino and even better service, and got to test drive the duke 890. One week later, ive paid my R100K deposit and got my finance approved within 2 days for the balance that i will settle pretty soon.

What im referring is how these other branches treated me, then the same people who treat us like we too poor by the way we look or dress or by what we drive.. Is the ones complaining they not getting deals. (just get rid of them) Now you know, You the makers of your own fortune, treat every client with respect, i would have rather travelled further and get service at a dealer that cares about service than buy from a dealer that treats their clients like ****.

Thumbs up to KTM Centurion, you guys are awesome man. Ill send the guys to you rather than these other guys who think because they big and have nicer shops they dont need to put in effort. Hardus and your manager that said, Drive it as you please, get a feel for it, and just enjoy it. Glad to give you guys the deal.

All my services will go to Centurion.
