Mtn Top Up 200 through blue bean sim only

Blue Bean have emailed me some specials of which was a MTN Top Up 200 with a sim card only.it was a once off special for the 1st 350 customers at R1400 which included R200 Airtime per month for 24 months plus 25 sms per month for 24 months plus they gave R600 airtime bonus on activation.I have started with this in April 2014 untill December 2014 and up to now have received nothing.I have corresponding with Tshidi since January regarding this matter and was promised that she will be looking into the matter.The excuse from Tshidi that they are having problems with MTN to keep up with there Deal which is not my problem.I was emailed a few times but with no result and tshidi have told me that the Manager will contact which did not happened.If they cannot commit with this deal they must refund me in full please.Contact me on *** seeing that my Driver is using the *** number and he will not understand the problem
