Awful service

<p>2014 November I bought a node from kss cellular, the node device was 1999 and they told me the monthly subscription will be 149 per month.they took my money from my account in December 1st 2014 and received the node device in February 2015, when I tried to phone them for the connection of the node I was told that monthly subscription will be 299. I was shocked and surprised because that was not the agreement,I spoke to Mike the manager at kss,he told me that 149 was the subscription for November promotion.I told that I bought the node during that promotion period but because of their inefficiency the node was only delivered to me February 2015 so I should still pay 149 as per agreement.I asked him to cancel the deal and refund me my money,I tried talking to him for months with failure, then he started to ignore my calls and emails.as we speak I haven't received my money in 2016 August.this company is ***** and ******!!</p>
