I purchase a Kreepy Krauly Pro from Builders Warehouse 4 weeks ago. It does not work as it should. I have been trying for the past 3 weeks to get hold of Kreepy to find out if it is something I am doing wrong or is it an out of box failure. Sadly it seems that they are not interested in making contact with me.
