Where is the after sale.

Just spoke to one of the technicians. Apparently there is no stock available for the valve selector or Rotor 1.5 " 4 - way valve but I can buy the whole unit for R1000. Another point I want to have clarity on, why do you have a guarantee on this product if it only covers mechanical defaults?
