WHERE ARE THE SPARES KREEPY!

After spending the morning looking for a seal for a pentair dual pump and filter (half bag size) and coming up empty at pool stores and the makro from which we purchased it, we attempted to email Kreepy Krauly to locate spares. The online contact method doesn't allow you to specify your problem, though it says the correct person will reply...okay? So we emailed to the address, clearly stated on the website, so that our issue would be clear and no long winded explanations would be necessary telephonically. However the email was rejected, reason given, that it likely needed to be an approved emailer!?. All we want to know is where do we get replacement parts/seals, etc as the thing is leaking so much water that the pools water level drops daily!
