Useless Hug Bug Pro
Bought a Hug Bug Pro, worked ok for a while but noticed it preferred to go up the walls more than clean the pool floor. The situation has increased and now it only wants to go up the wall or gets stuck against the wall on its side. When it reaches the top of the pool wall it wants to keep going and then soucks in air - the noise is disturbing!! Don't buy this thing it's does everything except clean the pool floor!

Hug Bug Pro is the top of the range pool cleaner and very user friendly. is merely l an adjustment that has to be made by yourself, the end user. The set-up process will take no more than 5 minutes to correct telephonically. Please not that when the review was posted at 6.44pm on the 20tth Dec. the company had already closed for the holidays.
I shall contact you tomorrow to assist with the set up.
