Useless & a waste of money Kreepy Kraully bull shark cleaner

I bought the bull shark cleaner😡This thing is always stuck in one place and won’t move, & when it does move it goes up the walls instead. It doesn’t suck water as it should for cleaning, my pool walls are now becoming green 3 months using this useless waste of money cleaner!!!!

Waste part is I can’th get hold of the Kreepy Kraully people as I was advised that I need to take it up them!!!
