They mis lead and lie on their pakaging.

I got a leaf trap today from Leeroy Merlin, on the side of the box its written, FITS TO HOUSE TYPES. This is lie and false claim, this does not work on the clip in hose. So i called *** - spoke to a lady and asked her how do i connect it "it does not fit clip in hose" - so i told her that you are then misleading clients and i will report this to the product consumer board. She then tells me to hold on, gets someone on the line, starts off with a cheeky tone, this customer on the line says he is going to report us.... I interrupted her and said, are you having a problem now with what i said??????? and hung up the phone. No effort what so ever to assist me. Workers like this, must not be on the front line. Never again will i buy kreepy crawly for my multiple properties.
