Stay away from Kreepy Krauly!

Our Kreepy Krauly Dominator worked every well, but only for about a year, then it started going round in circles in the deep end of the pool. The Contact Us email address on their website does not work and replying within the website is never answered. So I fiddled with the wheels and managed to get it going in a straight line again, but only for another few months. Now it seems that the gears on one wheel is stripped and it is again going in circles in the pool's deep end. The website contact email is still not working - what a total gyp! We will never buy another Kreepy Krauly again! Even though people say the old suction model is more dependable, just for the non-existent replies on their website we will be buying from another manufacturer.
