Quality control disappointing
Bought the kreep krauly sand filter with pump combo and when i open the box there was no clamp with srews however packed the box should get a warning as your quality control is a big disappointment now the pump is useless to me how can you help me if i am in Swaziland it's absolutely terrible that you don't do proper quality checks

Thank you for posting. I an not sure what clamps and *****s you are talking about. The pump and Filter Combo is complete as is. It is intended for above ground portable pools and you have to do your own plumbing when connecting to the pool. We have never had clamps and *****s included for the past 7 years. I shall contact you via email to discuss all this further and possibly advise you as to what you may have to do

Clearly you don't know your product look at number 14 of the manual on the filter and pump combo that clamp and *****s was not in the box it's the clamp and *****s that secure the head to the filter your quality controller lacked to check the box properly i know it's for a above pool that's why i bought it your company lacks quality control.
