Poor service from Kreepy Krauly

Good Day, I bought a swimming pool pump from Makro at Carnival on 05.12.2020. This morning the pump was dead and I took it to a Kreepy Krauly agency in Albermarle in Germiston where I was told by Thulani that they can not help me as it needs to go to their head office. He refused to give me their adress and I proceeded to find the adress myself. Upon arriving at their head office in Spartan Kempton Park I was told by a young white guy that the control board was faulty and needs replacing which will cost R 950.00 as it is not covered by the warranty. He never even took the pump from me to check it. I returned home in Heidelberg in Gauteng and took it to a pool pump company in town and it was discovered that the fuse in the control box was blown, he replaced it for R2.50 and is working fine now. Many Thanks to Kreepy Krauley for the horrible service I received from you and would never recomend any of your product if this is the way you treat your customers.
